Tips for use 

- Plant와 animal sample 이외의 샘플을 사용할 경우에도 sbeadex Lightning Nucleic Acid Purification Starter Kit 사용 가능

- 샘플의 종류마다 Sample input 양이 상이함

  · 식물 샘플일 경우 : 10-30mg 

  · fresh tissue sample일 경우 : 40-120mg

  · live stock같은 경우 해당 sample type에 따라 상이

- Lysis buffers, Protease K solution, debris capture beads들은 추가로 구매 가능

- Core Kit A는 (LP 버퍼와 결합) 대부분의 sample 종류와 식물 샘플에 적합

- Core Kit B는 (LU 버퍼와 결합) 특정 sample 종류에 적합하며, 특히 mammalian tissue에 적합

- 최적의 purification protocol에서 lysis buffers은 제공되며 별도로 protease K solution, debris capture beads은 별도로 제공됨
