in vivo Small Airway Epithelium과 유사한 배양 환경 조성
- PneumaCult™ ALI-S에서 배양한 HSAEC ALI culture에서 Small Airway Epithelium의 형태와 유사한 배양 특성(Thin, cuboidal epithelial layer)을 보임

- PneumaCult™ ALI-S 에서 배양한 HSAEC ALI Culture 에서 Small Airway Epithelium의 Marker인 ciliated cells (AC-tubulin; green), club cells (SCGB1A1; magenta) 와 secretory protein (SCGB3A2; red)이 눈에 띄게 관찰됨
